El dise\u00f1o incluye mejoras en el drenaje pluvial, as\u00ed como en el paisajismo y la instalaci\u00f3n de iluminaci\u00f3n. Este proyecto se encuentra actualmente en dise\u00f1o 100% y en proceso de tramitaci\u00f3n de permisos.
