Miami Beach, Florida \u2013 <\/strong>El Departamento de Bomberos de Miami Beach ha dado un paso m\u00e1s en la mejora de la atenci\u00f3n de emergencias prehospitalarias con la introducci\u00f3n de un dispositivo de ultrasonido en el punto de atenci\u00f3n (POCUS). El dispositivo POCUS permite a los bomberos realizar ecograf\u00edas en tiempo real durante llamadas de emergencia que ponen en peligro la vida, especialmente en casos de paros card\u00edacos y traumatismos graves, lo que proporciona im\u00e1genes cruciales del paciente en el lugar. El dispositivo se guardar\u00e1 en el veh\u00edculo del jefe de turno de Servicios M\u00e9dicos de Emergencia. Esto permitir\u00e1 que sea compartido por varias unidades y turnos. Con esta iniciativa, Miami Beach se convierte en el primer departamento de bomberos del condado de Miami-Dade en implementar con \u00e9xito la tecnolog\u00eda de ecograf\u00eda m\u00f3vil en terreno.<\/p>\r\n
