5-Year Consolidated Plan Public Hearings

The City of Miami Beach Office of Housing and Community Services has completed its draft FY 2023 – 2027 Consolidated Plan and 2023 Annual Action Plan.
The Consolidated Plan identifies general community needs (such as housing, rental assistance, childcare, employment and public facilities) and provides a strategy for how U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant funds, such as HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds will be used over the next five years.
Public Hearings are being held at several locations to obtain input and comments from citizens regarding the draft 2023 – 2027 Consolidated Plan and 2023 Annual Action Plan for HOME and CDBG funds.
