Group Fitness Class – HITT the Core

Sundays: 8 AM – 9 AM
Start the day right with a HIIT class that will focus on your core, using functional movement guaranteed to make everyday activities much easier. Class begins at 8 AM to beat the heat, in the park at 14th Street and Ocean Drive.
