Doors will open at 6pm so that you can experience the garden in the peacefully quiet after hours while witnessing the aromas of the flowers coming to life. Class begins at 6:30pm. Yogic breathwork for 30 minutes followed by a 30 minute Sound Bath Journey Savasana Meditation, ending at 7:30pm. There will be some journal prompt shared after the meditation to help get clarity around your mindful intentions.
Our resident yoga teacher, Franci, will guide yogic breathwork that helps us remove stagnation and create deeper rhythmic balance with our nervous system, allowing for more fertile grounds for moments of clarity and inspiration. Class will be held inside the large Banyan ballroom and spill out into the outdoor space covered by the large sails.
There are a few mats available if needed. Please bring yoga blocks/cushions if you’d like a more restorative experience. Parking is available at Miami Beach City Hall, Lincoln Road Mall Parking, and if you are lucky, right next to the garden.
