Gather oceanside for an open air concert, featuring the cinematic sounds of Gold Dust Lounge at the Sunday, November 20 installment of Ocean Drive Association’s free weekly music series. Led by guitarist/songwriter Russell Mofsky, the Gold Dust Lounge features a rotating cast of musicians that play ambient instrumental rock, surf noir, spy-fi, and rock-a-billy. Mofsky was part of South Florida’s DIY punk scene as a bandmember of late 80s punk band Quit and subsequently studied jazz guitar at the New England Conservatory of Music.
Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 5:00 PM.
