Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on June 29, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide services for emergency board-up and securing services.
A pre-bid conference will be held on June 15, 2023, at 10:00 am ET. Attendance for the pre-bid conference shall be via web conference or telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the pre-bid conference must follow these steps:
