Pre-Proposal Conference ITN 2023-260-WG ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY’S ANCILLARY HEALTH BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES, RETIREES, AND THEIR DEPENDENTS

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on April 21, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the administration of the City’s ancillary health benefits for employees, retirees and their dependents which include:
• Plan A – Dental Health Plan.
• Plan B – Disability Plan and FMLA Administration.
• Plan C – Group Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held for March 22, 2023, @10:00AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
