\n\t\t\tApporter de l'aide, un restaurant \u00e0 la fois\t<\/h3>\n\t

Bien que les restaurants de Miami Beach aient \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 rester ouverts avec une capacit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e pendant la pand\u00e9mie, les espaces de restauration int\u00e9rieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 temporairement ferm\u00e9s, limitant ainsi les repas en pr\u00e9sentiel dans le contexte de distanciation sociale et de restrictions sanitaires. Ces pr\u00e9cautions contre le coronavirus (COVID-19) ont eu de graves r\u00e9percussions sur les mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques du secteur de la restauration locale.<\/p>\n

Alors que de nombreux restaurants se tournaient vers la vente \u00e0 emporter et la livraison pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs clients et de leurs employ\u00e9s, les frais de services tiers ont grimp\u00e9 en fl\u00e8che. Les commer\u00e7ants ont rapidement constat\u00e9 que les frais de livraison tiers pouvaient atteindre 30% du chiffre d'affaires. Alors que les restaurants locaux op\u00e9raient d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec des marges serr\u00e9es, la pand\u00e9mie a fait des ravages.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Cheeseburger\n\t

Cheeseburger Baby, situ\u00e9 au 1505 Washington Ave., a re\u00e7u $1 000 via le programme de subventions aux restaurants de Miami Beach<\/em><\/p>\n\t

La Ville de Miami Beach a r\u00e9agi rapidement. Le 28 octobre 2020, le maire et la Commission municipale de Miami Beach ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l'unanimit\u00e9 l'allocation d'une subvention de 1\u00a0TP4T60\u00a0000 aux restaurants familiaux en difficult\u00e9. Dans le cadre de ce programme, chaque restaurant admissible peut recevoir jusqu'\u00e0 1\u00a0TP4T1\u00a0000 de remboursement des frais de livraison factur\u00e9s par des applications tierces comme Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash et Postmates, entre autres. Seuls les frais engag\u00e9s entre le 12 mars 2020 et le 31 octobre 2020 sont \u00e9ligibles au remboursement.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 ce jour, le D\u00e9partement du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique a rembours\u00e9 $25\u00a0706,64 de frais de livraison \u00e0 26 restaurants locaux. Les restaurateurs sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 postulez maintenant pendant que les fonds sont encore disponibles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Miami\n\t\t\t\t\"Dulce\n\t

Qui a dit que glace et tacos ne faisaient pas bon m\u00e9nage\u00a0? Miami 'N' Ice et le restaurant mexicain Dulce Vida ont tous deux re\u00e7u des subventions \u00e0 South Beach.<\/em><\/p>\n\t

Le programme de subventions pour les restaurants de Miami Beach est ouvert aux restaurants de la ville qui ne font pas partie d'une cha\u00eene ou d'une franchise. Les food trucks, restaurants \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res, chariots, restaurants int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 des h\u00f4tels, bo\u00eetes de nuit, bars sans restaurant et entreprises \u00e0 domicile ne sont pas admissibles. Les restaurants participants ne doivent pas avoir d'infractions au code de la route, de privil\u00e8ges ou de litiges en cours avec la ville.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Stephanie\n\t

Les candidatures sont accept\u00e9es en ligne. La subvention est g\u00e9r\u00e9e et attribu\u00e9e selon le principe du premier arriv\u00e9, premier servi. Les candidats int\u00e9ress\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 consulter le site. miamibeachfl.gosmart.org<\/a><\/strong> pour examiner les directives du programme et soumettre leur candidature.
