Le bureau assume de nombreuses responsabilit\u00e9s au sein de la ville et collabore avec tous les services municipaux pour faciliter et fournir des services de conseil, de consultation et de soutien organisationnel. Il couvre trois domaines principaux\u00a0: l&#039;\u00e9ducation, les initiatives de performance et les partenariats universitaires.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 garantir que notre organisation mette en \u0153uvre et maintienne des strat\u00e9gies qui assurent la croissance et le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019organisation et l\u2019acc\u00e8s des r\u00e9sidents aux am\u00e9liorations \u00e9ducatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Initiatives du bureau :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage pour les jeunes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre Pacte pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/li>\n<li>Rechercher des gains d&#039;efficacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires, des \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts et des am\u00e9liorations de revenus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des \u00e9valuations d&#039;initiatives de performance, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Soutenir le changement de la Ville vers une culture d\u2019excellence de la performance en alignant les plans de travail strat\u00e9giques et d\u00e9partementaux \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la Ville et en utilisant les plans pour piloter des initiatives strat\u00e9giques qui am\u00e9liorent la performance.<\/li>\n<li>Surveiller le service client dans les services de la ville au moyen d&#039;enqu\u00eates aupr\u00e8s des clients et fournir des r\u00e9sultats en temps opportun aux services.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper et g\u00e9rer des partenariats universitaires pour soutenir le recrutement d\u2019instructeurs STEM de premier et de deuxi\u00e8me cycle et d\u2019intervenants en lecture et en math\u00e9matiques.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9rez toutes les opportunit\u00e9s de stage en coll\u00e8ge et lyc\u00e9e.
