La Ville de Miami Beach entame son processus budg\u00e9taire par une planification strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 identifier les besoins et les priorit\u00e9s de la communaut\u00e9. Cette planification d\u00e9finit les objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux qui guident le processus d&#039;\u00e9laboration du budget. Ces objectifs sont combin\u00e9s \u00e0 une projection pr\u00e9liminaire des recettes et des d\u00e9penses, bas\u00e9e sur les tendances et analyses financi\u00e8res, qui sont affin\u00e9es tout au long du processus d&#039;\u00e9laboration jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;adoption du budget final en septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de l&#039;\u00e9laboration du budget annuel de la Ville, des r\u00e9unions sont organis\u00e9es en interne avec le personnel de la Ville et le directeur municipal, le comit\u00e9 consultatif du budget, le comit\u00e9 des finances et de la r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique de la Ville (FERC) et la commission municipale, entre autres, pour obtenir des commentaires et des directives concernant le budget annuel et son alignement avec le plan
