Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e par toute personne souhaitant d\u00e9poser une plainte pour discrimination fond\u00e9e sur le handicap dans les pratiques et politiques d&#039;emploi ou dans la prestation de services, d&#039;activit\u00e9s, de programmes ou d&#039;avantages sociaux par la Ville de Miami Beach.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PROC\u00c9DURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. La plainte doit \u00eatre formul\u00e9e par \u00e9crit et contenir des informations sur la discrimination all\u00e9gu\u00e9e, telles que le nom, l&#039;adresse, le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone du plaignant, le lieu, la date et la description du probl\u00e8me. Sur demande, d&#039;autres moyens de d\u00e9poser une plainte, tels qu&#039;un entretien personnel ou un enregistrement de la plainte, seront mis \u00e0 la disposition des personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la r\u00e9ception de la plainte, le responsable ADA ou le directeur des services aux employ\u00e9s contactera le plaignant par \u00e9crit pour accuser r\u00e9ception de la plainte. Si des solutions possibles peuvent \u00eatre sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, elles seront indiqu\u00e9es dans la lettre du responsable ADA ou du directeur des services aux employ\u00e9s. Si des recherches plus approfondies sont n\u00e9cessaires, le responsable ADA ou le directeur des services aux employ\u00e9s disposera d&#039;un second d\u00e9lai de 15 jours ouvrables pour r\u00e9pondre par \u00e9crit et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, dans un format accessible au plaignant, tel que des gros caract\u00e8res, du braille ou un format audio. La r\u00e9ponse expliquera la position de la Ville de Miami Beach et proposera des options pour une r\u00e9solution concr\u00e8te de la plainte.<\/p>\n<p>4. Si le plaignant estime que la r\u00e9ponse du gestionnaire de l&#039;ADA ou du directeur des services aux employ\u00e9s ne r\u00e9sout pas le probl\u00e8me de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante, le plaignant et\/ou son repr\u00e9sentant peuvent faire appel de la d\u00e9cision du gestionnaire de l&#039;ADA ou du directeur des services aux employ\u00e9s dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la r\u00e9ception de la r\u00e9ponse aupr\u00e8s du directeur municipal ou de son repr\u00e9sentant.<\/p>\n<p>5. Dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la r\u00e9ception de l&#039;appel, le directeur municipal, ou son repr\u00e9sentant, rencontrera le plaignant pour discuter de la plainte et des solutions possibles. Dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la r\u00e9union, le directeur municipal, ou son repr\u00e9sentant, r\u00e9pondra par \u00e9crit et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, dans un format accessible au plaignant, avec une r\u00e9solution finale de la plainte.<\/p>\n<p>6.
