Les responsabilit\u00e9s du Bureau du greffier municipal sont d\u00e9crites dans l&#039;organigramme ci-joint.<\/p>\n<p>Les services centraux offrent un service client interne de haut niveau de mani\u00e8re professionnelle et courtoise tout en effectuant les t\u00e2ches suivantes : tri, traitement et distribution du courrier am\u00e9ricain et du courrier inter-bureaux, services de livraison, services d&#039;impression, de copie et de reliure.<\/p>\n<p>Les greffiers du Ma\u00eetre sp\u00e9cial assurent le secr\u00e9tariat officiel de ce dernier. Ces derniers \u00e9mettent des ordonnances ayant force de loi ordonnant la mise en conformit\u00e9 des infractions. Ils examinent les affaires port\u00e9es devant eux par les services du b\u00e2timent, de la conformit\u00e9 au code, du stationnement, des parcs et loisirs, de la police et de la patrouille maritime, ainsi que par les pompiers.
