administre les contrats li\u00e9s aux avantages sociaux; coordonne les activit\u00e9s d&#039;inscription ouverte; administre le budget des r\u00e9gimes d&#039;avantages sociaux auto-assur\u00e9s et enti\u00e8rement assur\u00e9s; supervise le programme de bien-\u00eatre de la ville; et assure le respect de toutes les exigences de la loi sur la protection des patients et les soins abordables.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Gestion des risques \u2013 <\/strong>Prot\u00e8ge les actifs de la Ville en identifiant, \u00e9valuant et contr\u00f4lant les expositions aux pertes ; en administrant les programmes d&#039;assurance de la Ville pour la responsabilit\u00e9 civile, les biens\/inondations et l&#039;indemnisation des accidents du travail ; supervise le transfert des risques et les mesures de contr\u00f4le des pertes ; et organise des formations en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des inspections des installations pour d\u00e9tecter les dangers potentiels.<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Formation et d\u00e9veloppement \u2013 <\/strong>\u00c9value les besoins de formation en communiquant avec les services ; \u00e9labore des programmes de formation pour les services, assure le respect de la formation obligatoire ; organise l&#039;orientation des nouveaux employ\u00e9s, les sensibilise \u00e0 la culture CMB ; organise des s\u00e9ances de formation, des entretiens et s\u00e9curise les experts en la mati\u00e8re et les fournisseurs ; g\u00e8re les programmes de d\u00e9veloppement des employ\u00e9s, notamment les
