Pour ce faire, l&#039;Inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 exiger la production de documents en possession et sous le contr\u00f4le des services municipaux, des fournisseurs et des employ\u00e9s, pour examen, et a \u00e9galement le pouvoir d&#039;\u00e9mettre des assignations \u00e0 compara\u00eetre pour t\u00e9moignage ou production de documents, sur des questions relevant de sa comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;OIG est charg\u00e9 d&#039;enqu\u00eater sur les programmes, les op\u00e9rations, les contrats et les employ\u00e9s avec les objectifs suivants :<\/p>\n<p>1.
