Cela nous permet de continuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les services, de mesurer la performance globale et de garantir l&#039;ad\u00e9quation des actions de la Ville aux priorit\u00e9s de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/fr\/city-hall\/city-manager\/mission-vision-and-values\/strategic-planning\/community-survey\/\">Afficher les r\u00e9sultats de l&#039;enqu\u00eate<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Projections trimestrielles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La charte de la ville exige que la ville rende public un rapport trimestriel indiquant les d\u00e9penses r\u00e9elles au cours du trimestre qui vient de se terminer par rapport \u00e0 un quart des d\u00e9penses annuelles propos\u00e9es dans le budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan de travail \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle de la ville <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le plan de travail et le budget annuels de la Ville guident la mani\u00e8re dont la Ville pr\u00e9voit de r\u00e9pondre aux priorit\u00e9s communautaires au cours de chaque exercice. Le plan de travail contient des initiatives visant \u00e0 soutenir le plan strat\u00e9gique de la Ville. Ces initiatives sont mises \u00e0 jour chaque ann\u00e9e en fonction des r\u00e9sultats des derni\u00e8res enqu\u00eates, des tendances socio\u00e9conomiques, de la charge de travail et des indicateurs de performance des services.
