d&#039;une licence d&#039;ing\u00e9nieur en vertu du chapitre 471 ou d&#039;architecte en vertu du chapitre 481. Ce formulaire comprend\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informations sur les fournisseurs priv\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Services \u00e0 effectuer.<\/li>\n<li>Reconnaissance du propri\u00e9taire des frais.<\/li>\n<li>Preuve d&#039;assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>R\u00e9union de pr\u00e9-construction du fournisseur priv\u00e9<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p><strong><u>R\u00e9pondre aux exigences<\/u><\/strong><br \/>Tous les projets dont la valeur des travaux d\u00e9passe 1 million TP4T1, avec service de prestataire priv\u00e9, devront faire l&#039;objet d&#039;une r\u00e9union pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la construction avec le responsable du b\u00e2timent et les chefs du secteur du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Points cl\u00e9s :<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Projets de plus de 1 million de TP4T1\u00a0: une r\u00e9union pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la construction doit \u00eatre planifi\u00e9e.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Projets de moins de 1 million de TP4T1\u00a0: aucune r\u00e9union pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la construction n&#039;est requise pour ces projets. Le fournisseur priv\u00e9 doit soumettre le formulaire d&#039;accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception du fournisseur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions de planification :<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Pour planifier une r\u00e9union de pr\u00e9-construction : envoyez un e-mail \u00e0 l&#039;administration \u00e0 BuildingAdmin@miamibeachfl.gov.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Plages horaires disponibles : Les r\u00e9unions pr\u00e9alables aux travaux auront lieu virtuellement les mardis, mercredis et jeudis de 10 h 30 \u00e0 11 h. Des am\u00e9nagements peuvent \u00eatre demand\u00e9s si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Exigences en mati\u00e8re d&#039;assurance<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Un prestataire priv\u00e9 peut effectuer des services d&#039;inspection du code du b\u00e2timent sur un projet de construction en vertu du pr\u00e9sent article uniquement s&#039;il souscrit une assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile professionnelle couvrant tous les services fournis en tant que prestataire priv\u00e9. Cette assurance doit avoir des plafonds minimums de 1 million de livres sterling par sinistre et de 1 million de livres sterling au total pour tout projet dont le co\u00fbt de construction est inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 1 million de livres sterling, et de 1 million de livres sterling par sinistre et de 1 million de livres sterling au total pour tout projet dont le co\u00fbt de construction est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 million de livres sterling.<\/p>\n<p>Aucune disposition de la pr\u00e9sente section ne limite la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;un propri\u00e9taire de charges \u00e0 exiger une assurance compl\u00e9mentaire ou des plafonds de garantie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. \u00c0 ces fins, le terme \u00ab\u00a0co\u00fbt de construction\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe le co\u00fbt total de la construction du b\u00e2timent tel qu&#039;indiqu\u00e9 dans la demande de permis de construire. Si le prestataire priv\u00e9 choisit de souscrire une assurance sur pr\u00e9sentation de r\u00e9clamations pour satisfaire \u00e0 cette exigence, il doit \u00e9galement maintenir cette couverture pendant au moins cinq ans apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation des services d&#039;inspection du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;assurance requise en vertu de ce paragraphe doit \u00eatre souscrite uniquement par des assureurs autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 faire des affaires dans cet \u00c9tat avec une note minimale de A d&#039;AM Best.
