Cette consultation comprend une rencontre avec les responsables du service, l&#039;architecte, le ma\u00eetre d&#039;ouvrage et l&#039;entrepreneur du projet afin de discuter du calendrier du projet et d&#039;identifier la meilleure approche pour obtenir les permis. Suite \u00e0 cette rencontre et en fonction de l&#039;ampleur des travaux, l&#039;\u00e9quipe sera conseill\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9paration et la soumission efficaces des dossiers d&#039;autorisation. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Pre-submittal-4-7-2020-1.pdf\">Pour demander la r\u00e9union de consultation pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la soumission, veuillez suivre les instructions indiqu\u00e9es sur ce formulaire.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;un des sujets de la r\u00e9union de consultation pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la soumission est la discussion sur la proc\u00e9dure d&#039;autorisation la plus efficace en fonction de l&#039;\u00e9tendue des travaux du projet. Par exemple, les projets comprenant plusieurs structures ou b\u00e2timents sur le m\u00eame chantier peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en phases de construction ou \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en obtenant des permis g\u00e9n\u00e9raux distincts pour chaque structure.
