\n\t\t\tBUREAU DE LA GESTION ET DU BUDGET\t<\/h1>\n\tBienvenue au Bureau de la gestion et du budget (OMB)
\nCr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2004, le Bureau de la gestion et du budget (BGB) est charg\u00e9 de superviser la mise en \u0153uvre de la vision de la Ville dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Il veille \u00e0 ce que les ressources financi\u00e8res municipales soient budg\u00e9tis\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 produire des r\u00e9sultats qui favorisent les priorit\u00e9s de la Ville. L'un des principaux efforts du BGB consiste \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre un budget ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats, ax\u00e9 sur l'efficacit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des services, gr\u00e2ce aux initiatives suivantes\u00a0: axer le processus budg\u00e9taire annuel de la Ville sur l'obtention de r\u00e9sultats.
\n\u00c9laborer les documents budg\u00e9taires propos\u00e9s et adopt\u00e9s pour mettre l\u2019accent sur les programmes, les r\u00e9sultats strat\u00e9giques vis\u00e9s et leurs mesures et cibles de performance associ\u00e9es.
\nAssurer que les tendances en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9penses soient durables \u00e0 long terme en am\u00e9liorant la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re globale de la Ville
\nAugmenter et maintenir les dollars re\u00e7us par la Ville dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s de maximisation des revenus\n\t\t\t\t\"TOS\n
