Le programme actuel du CIP comprend des investissements sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dans les infrastructures de qualit\u00e9 de vie, notamment la priorisation de l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9vation du niveau de la mer avec des projets d&#039;am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9seaux d&#039;eaux pluviales et des emprises, des parkings, des projets d&#039;am\u00e9nagement des parcs et des projets de durabilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9silience n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&#039;am\u00e9lioration, au renforcement et \u00e0 la maintenance des installations et infrastructures afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des r\u00e9sidents et des visiteurs de la ville de Miami Beach. Le programme d&#039;am\u00e9lioration des immobilisations est principalement financ\u00e9 par des obligations autoris\u00e9es, notamment des fonds pour les obligations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, l&#039;eau et les \u00e9gouts, et les eaux pluviales. D&#039;autres sources de financement peuvent inclure des subventions, la taxe de s\u00e9jour, des obligations de stationnement, etc. \u00c0 tout moment, l&#039;\u00e9quipe du CIP g\u00e8re environ 50 projets actifs en phases de planification, de conception et de construction.
