L&#039;\u00e9quipe des Relations avec les employ\u00e9s et du travail est charg\u00e9e de superviser le processus disciplinaire et de fournir des conseils sur les questions disciplinaires afin de corriger et d&#039;am\u00e9liorer les performances des employ\u00e9s. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cet objectif, le service est responsable des tests al\u00e9atoires de d\u00e9pistage de drogues et d&#039;alcool, des tests de suspicion raisonnable, de l&#039;aptitude au travail et des proc\u00e9dures d&#039;accord de la derni\u00e8re chance. De plus, ce service r\u00e9pond aux plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de la Commission pour l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances en mati\u00e8re d&#039;emploi (EEOC), de mani\u00e8re objective et transparente, ainsi qu&#039;aux recours en mati\u00e8re d&#039;indemnisation du ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0La division soutient la mission, la vision et les valeurs de la Ville en renfor\u00e7ant les relations de travail \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle de la Ville gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation et \u00e0 l&#039;application r\u00e9ussies de cinq conventions collectives et \u00e0 l&#039;identification d&#039;opportunit\u00e9s d&#039;am\u00e9lioration concernant les horaires, les salaires et les conditions de travail des employ\u00e9s syndiqu\u00e9s.
