Vous avez pass\u00e9 un examen et\/ou un entretien, et avez \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 en comp\u00e9tition avec d&#039;autres candidats pour devenir employ\u00e9 municipal. Les promotions au sein de la Ville se font g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement selon le m\u00eame processus de s\u00e9lection. Les employ\u00e9s non class\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s sur examen de CV et entretiens individuels.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les employ\u00e9s sont tenus de m\u00e9riter leur nomination et de d\u00e9montrer leur aptitude \u00e0 la promotion. Un syst\u00e8me de fonction publique fond\u00e9 sur le m\u00e9rite garantit une administration municipale de haut niveau et la pleine qualification de vos collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VOTRE RENDEZ-VOUS DANS LE SERVICE CLASS\u00c9 :<\/strong> Si vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 un poste classifi\u00e9, vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 en tant qu&#039;employ\u00e9 temporaire, provisoire ou \u00e0 l&#039;essai.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nominations temporaires<\/strong> Dans certaines cat\u00e9gories d&#039;emplois, les primes sont vers\u00e9es uniquement aux personnes embauch\u00e9es \u00e0 titre temporaire. La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration correspond uniquement au temps r\u00e9ellement travaill\u00e9. Les employ\u00e9s temporaires ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#039;aucun droit ni avantage social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nominations provisoires<\/strong> Les nominations sont effectu\u00e9es en l&#039;absence de liste d&#039;admissibilit\u00e9 ou pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Les employ\u00e9s temporaires doivent postuler et participer au concours d\u00e8s l&#039;annonce d&#039;une ouverture de poste pour le poste qu&#039;ils occupent temporairement. Ils ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas des droits de la fonction publique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel<\/strong> Travailler moins de 60 heures par quinzaine. Les avantages sociaux comprennent l&#039;accumulation des cong\u00e9s de maladie et des cong\u00e9s annuels, les cong\u00e9s mobiles et les anniversaires au prorata. Les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#039;aucune assurance ni d&#039;aucun r\u00e9gime de retraite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nominations \u00e0 titre probatoire<\/strong> Dans la plupart des classifications d&#039;emplois, des nominations sont effectu\u00e9es pour les personnes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es sur une liste d&#039;admissibilit\u00e9. Les personnes ainsi nomm\u00e9es effectuent une p\u00e9riode probatoire pendant laquelle elles ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas des droits de la fonction publique. Durant cette p\u00e9riode, votre performance sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e par votre sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique et discut\u00e9e avec vous. Cette proc\u00e9dure vous permet de prendre conscience des besoins d&#039;am\u00e9lioration et d&#039;y rem\u00e9dier avant la fin de votre p\u00e9riode probatoire. Une \u00e9valuation formelle de performance peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de votre p\u00e9riode probatoire afin de d\u00e9terminer si le statut de fonctionnaire r\u00e9gulier doit vous \u00eatre accord\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e9riode d&#039;essai :<\/strong> Durant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;essai de votre nouvel emploi, votre performance sera suivie et \u00e9valu\u00e9e attentivement par votre sup\u00e9rieur. Votre chef de service peut mettre fin \u00e0 votre contrat \u00e0 tout moment pendant ou \u00e0 la fin de votre p\u00e9riode d&#039;essai. Un employ\u00e9 en p\u00e9riode d&#039;essai licenci\u00e9 ne dispose d&#039;aucun droit de recours aupr\u00e8s de la Commission du personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La dur\u00e9e de la p\u00e9riode probatoire est la suivante :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>18 mois pour les agents de police et les agents de police stagiaires<\/li>\n<li>1 an pour superviseur des communications, r\u00e9partiteur, r\u00e9partiteur stagiaire, agent de conformit\u00e9 au code I et pompier I<\/li>\n<li>9 mois pour les sergents de police, lieutenants de police, capitaines de pompiers, lieutenants de pompiers, op\u00e9rateurs de communications, techniciens en identification II, techniciens en communications I, techniciens en identification I et agents d&#039;identification<\/li>\n<li>6 mois pour toute autre p\u00e9riode probatoire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si votre performance pendant la p\u00e9riode probatoire est jug\u00e9e satisfaisante par votre superviseur et le chef de service et que vous obtenez le statut de fonctionnaire r\u00e9gulier \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode probatoire, vous aurez alors droit aux droits et avantages de la fonction publique. Les frais de cong\u00e9 sans solde pendant une p\u00e9riode probatoire initiale prolongent la p\u00e9riode probatoire.<\/p>\n<p>date de fin de la p\u00e9riode probatoire pour la dur\u00e9e de l&#039;absence du salari\u00e9 en p\u00e9riode probatoire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e9riode d&#039;essai promotionnelle<\/strong>Les opportunit\u00e9s de promotion vous permettent d&#039;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une classification sup\u00e9rieure. D\u00e8s l&#039;obtention d&#039;une promotion, vous serez soumis \u00e0 une nouvelle p\u00e9riode probatoire. Si vous d\u00e9missionnez ou \u00eates refus\u00e9(e) pendant cette p\u00e9riode, vous pourrez r\u00e9int\u00e9grer votre ancienne classification.<\/p>\n\t\tAcc\u00e9der
