Ces deux r\u00e9gimes sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le r\u00e9gime de retraite des employ\u00e9s non class\u00e9s et des \u00e9lus de la Ville, qui est un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 prestations d\u00e9termin\u00e9es;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9gime de retraite \u00e0 cotisations d\u00e9termin\u00e9es, disponible en adh\u00e9rant \u00e0 l&#039;un de nos r\u00e9gimes 401(a) admissibles. Actuellement, nos deux fournisseurs sont ICMA et Nationwide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le syst\u00e8me de retraite des employ\u00e9s non class\u00e9s et des \u00e9lus<\/strong>Ce r\u00e9gime offre une prestation \u00e0 60 ans, apr\u00e8s dix ann\u00e9es de service acquis. Votre prestation de retraite sera \u00e9gale \u00e0 votre salaire mensuel moyen final (SMF) multipli\u00e9 par vos ann\u00e9es de service acquis, multipli\u00e9 par 3%, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 un maximum de 80%. Une augmentation non compos\u00e9e de 11\/2% sera appliqu\u00e9e au co\u00fbt de la vie chaque 1er octobre. Votre SMF correspond \u00e0 1\/12 de votre salaire annuel au cours de vos 12 derniers mois d&#039;emploi. Le salaire de base comprend votre salaire de base et votre prime d&#039;anciennet\u00e9\u00a0; il n&#039;inclut pas les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations compl\u00e9mentaires telles que la Section 5 ou les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Votre contribution<\/strong>Ce syst\u00e8me vous permettra de percevoir 10% de votre salaire de base. Si vous quittez la Ville avant ou m\u00eame apr\u00e8s l&#039;acquisition de vos droits, vous pourrez retirer la totalit\u00e9 de vos cotisations de retraite, major\u00e9es de vos cotisations multipli\u00e9es par 10% pour chaque ann\u00e9e de service, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 un maximum de 100%, plus les int\u00e9r\u00eats sur vos cotisations.<\/p>\nPar exemple, si vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 \u00e0 45 ans et que vous avez quitt\u00e9 votre emploi \u00e0 56 ans, que vous avez cotis\u00e9 $38\u00a0000 au syst\u00e8me de retraite au cours de vos onze ann\u00e9es d&#039;emploi et que vos trois salaires de base les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e9taient de $44\u00a0800, $47\u00a0900 et $52\u00a0200, vos options seront\u00a0:\n<p>Conservez vos droits et recevez une prestation de retraite \u00e0 60 ans. Votre prestation de retraite mensuelle serait\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>$44 800 + $47 900 + $52 200 = $144 900 ?3 = $48 300 (salaire annuel moyen)<\/p>\n<p>$48 300 x 11 ans x 3% = $15 939 ? 12 = $1 328,28.<\/p>\n<strong>OU<\/strong>\n<p>Retirez vos cotisations et ne recevez plus de prestations de retraite. Le montant de votre retrait serait de $38\u00a0000 + ($38\u00a0000 x 100%) {10% par an x 11 ans, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 un maximum de 100%} = $76\u00a0000 + 3% d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eats par an sur votre cotisation de $38\u00a0000.<\/p>\n<strong>Le syst\u00e8me de retraite \u00e0 cotisations d\u00e9termin\u00e9es<\/strong>Ce r\u00e9gime ne pr\u00e9voit pas de montant de retraite sp\u00e9cifique. Vous serez admissible \u00e0 une distribution \u00e0 55 ans et \u00e0 votre d\u00e9part de la Ville. Aucun nombre minimum d&#039;ann\u00e9es de participation n&#039;est requis. \u00c0 votre d\u00e9part de la Ville, vous pourrez choisir parmi les options suivantes\u00a0:\n<ul>\n<li>Recevez une distribution \u00e0 55 ans sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rez votre cotisation vers un autre r\u00e9gime admissible sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 ni cons\u00e9quences fiscales, quel que soit l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/li>\n<li>Recevez une distribution de rente \u00ab non viag\u00e8re \u00bb avant l\u2019\u00e2ge de 55 ans avec p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 10%.<\/li>\n<li>Recevez une distribution de rente \u00e0 vie \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez votre compte cro\u00eetre sans contribution suppl\u00e9mentaire jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que vous choisissiez l&#039;une des options ci-dessus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Votre contribution<\/strong>Ce r\u00e9gime sera assujetti \u00e0 une cotisation de 10% de votre salaire de base, et la Ville versera une cotisation \u00e9quivalente. Ce 20% sera transmis \u00e0 chaque paie au fournisseur de r\u00e9gime que vous avez choisi (ICMA ou Nationwide) et investi dans les fonds indiqu\u00e9s sur votre formulaire d&#039;inscription ICMA ou Nationwide. Vous pourrez modifier ult\u00e9rieurement la r\u00e9partition de vos fonds conform\u00e9ment aux directives de votre fournisseur de r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, la Ville prendra en charge le co\u00fbt de l&#039;assurance retraite invalidit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, \u00e0 hauteur des deux tiers de leur indemnit\u00e9 de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite. La prestation de retraite correspond \u00e0 la valeur d&#039;une rente annuelle pouvant \u00eatre souscrite avec le capital du compte.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;employ\u00e9 peut g\u00e9rer les investissements du portefeuille de chaque gestionnaire de r\u00e9gime. Tous les frais d&#039;administration et tous les gains ou pertes li\u00e9s aux investissements du 401A sont \u00e0 sa charge.<\/p>\n<p>Votre prestation finale d\u00e9pendra de\u00a0: votre solde, r\u00e9sultant du montant que vous et la Ville avez vers\u00e9, du taux de croissance des fonds choisis et du mode de distribution choisi.
