Essais et inspection"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION 7 SYST\u00c8ME DE COLLECTE GRAVIQUE DES \u00c9GOUTS SANITAIRES<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. ESSAIS ET INSPECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. L&#039;entrepreneur et l&#039;ing\u00e9nieur inspecteront toutes les conduites d&#039;\u00e9gout install\u00e9es en v\u00e9rifiant visuellement l&#039;alignement de chaque section avant leur mise en service. Un cercle lumineux complet sera visible en regardant \u00e0 travers la conduite, \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une lampe plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 oppos\u00e9e de la section de conduite inspect\u00e9e. L&#039;entrepreneur apportera les corrections n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la ligne ou \u00e0 la pente.<\/p>\n<p>B. L&#039;inspecteur de la Ville doit \u00eatre avis\u00e9 par \u00e9crit au moins 24 heures avant tous les tests formels pr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n<p>C. Tests d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>1. Avant de proc\u00e9der au test d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, la tranch\u00e9e doit \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement remblay\u00e9e et compact\u00e9e correctement. Le test doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 juste avant le pavage final de la tranch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tester les conduites pour d\u00e9tecter les fuites par des tests d&#039;exfiltration. Dans les zones o\u00f9 les conduites sont pos\u00e9es sous le niveau de la nappe phr\u00e9atique, s&#039;assurer de l&#039;absence d&#039;infiltration avant de proc\u00e9der aux tests d&#039;exfiltration.<\/p>\n<p>3. Les fuites visibles dans le syst\u00e8me doivent \u00eatre corrig\u00e9es, quelle que soit leur ampleur.<\/p>\n<p>4. La proc\u00e9dure d&#039;essai d&#039;infiltration doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e lorsque la nappe phr\u00e9atique se situe \u00e0 60 cm ou plus au-dessus du sommet de la conduite, \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de la section de canalisation \u00e0 tester. L&#039;infiltration doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un d\u00e9versoir appropri\u00e9 ou d&#039;un autre dispositif acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>5. Un test d\u2019exfiltration doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019un test d\u2019infiltration ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 correctement.<\/p>\n<p>6. L&#039;essai d&#039;exfiltration doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en remplissant le regard, la conduite et les conduites lat\u00e9rales d&#039;eau propre. Les conduites remplies doivent \u00eatre laiss\u00e9es en place jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que la conduite ait atteint son absorption maximale, mais au moins 4 heures. Apr\u00e8s absorption, la charge doit \u00eatre r\u00e9tablie. Les limites admissibles d&#039;infiltration ou d&#039;exfiltration pour l&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me, ou une partie de celui-ci, ne doivent pas d\u00e9passer 100 gallons par pouce de diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur de conduite par mile de conduite et par 24 heures\u00a0; aucune tol\u00e9rance suppl\u00e9mentaire ne sera accord\u00e9e pour les conduites lat\u00e9rales de service. Si la fuite d\u00e9passe le niveau maximal sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9, une correction satisfaisante doit \u00eatre apport\u00e9e et le syst\u00e8me doit \u00eatre test\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau. La correction et le test \u00e0 nouveau sont aux frais de l&#039;entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>7. Les fuites d&#039;exfiltration du regard ne doivent pas d\u00e9passer 4 gallons par jour et par regard test\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>8. Une fois les essais et le pavage termin\u00e9s, le r\u00e9seau d&#039;\u00e9gouts sanitaires sera t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9, aux frais de l&#039;entrepreneur\/promoteur. Une copie num\u00e9rique de la vid\u00e9o de la canalisation d&#039;\u00e9gout, sur support acceptable, et le rapport d&#039;inspection seront examin\u00e9s par l&#039;ing\u00e9nieur municipal ou son repr\u00e9sentant.
