Such policies shall be structured to maximize the financial return to the retirement system or plan consistent with the risks incumbent in each investment and shall be structured to establish and maintain an appropriate diversification of the retirement system or plan&#8217;s assets.<\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs du Conseil sont de financer les prestations du r\u00e9gime, tout en adoptant une posture de risque compatible avec la tol\u00e9rance au risque du Conseil, de prot\u00e9ger contre la perte de pouvoir d&#039;achat en obtenant des taux de rendement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l&#039;inflation et d&#039;obtenir (ou de conserver) un statut de pension enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#039;article 112.661 de la loi de Floride, le Conseil doit pr\u00e9ciser le taux de rendement annuel total attendu du r\u00e9gime pour l&#039;ann\u00e9e en cours, pour chacune des ann\u00e9es suivantes et \u00e0 long terme. Le rendement attendu par le Conseil pour chacune de ces p\u00e9riodes correspond au taux d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat actuariel, tel que sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans l&#039;\u00e9valuation actuarielle la plus r\u00e9cente de l&#039;actuaire.
