Elle m\u00e8ne \u00e9galement tous les entretiens de d\u00e9part des employ\u00e9s quittant leur emploi et traite tous les licenciements et d\u00e9missions au sein de la Ville, y compris les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part. La Division des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations est le principal responsable des modules Ressources humaines et Paie du personnel de la base de donn\u00e9es Munis.
