Miami Beach, Floride <\/strong>\u2013 Le service d'incendie de Miami Beach accueille son nouveau membre\u00a0: Salsa, la toute premi\u00e8re chienne canine de recherche et de sauvetage\u00a0! Ce labrador retriever de trois ans est accompagn\u00e9 de la pompi\u00e8re Stephany Marcos, qui travaille au service d'incendie de Miami Beach depuis avril\u00a02022.<\/p>\n

Le duo a obtenu la certification d'\u00e9quipe de recherche Live Find K-9 plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, ce qui fait d'eux un \u00e9l\u00e9ment pr\u00e9cieux de la Florida Task Force 1, une unit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e form\u00e9e pour des missions critiques de recherche et de sauvetage \u00e0 travers l'\u00c9tat et partout o\u00f9 elles sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n

Actuellement en poste \u00e0 la caserne 2 de Miami Beach, Salsa s'adapte bien \u00e0 la vie de caserne. Le pompier Marcos a initi\u00e9 son compagnon \u00e0 quatre pattes \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents environnements afin de d\u00e9velopper sa r\u00e9silience et son adaptabilit\u00e9, des qualit\u00e9s essentielles pour les animaux de recherche et de sauvetage soumis \u00e0 un stress intense.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Avoir un chien de recherche et de sauvetage comme Salsa est un atout pour notre service\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Digna Abello, cheffe des pompiers de Miami Beach. \u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce aux efforts conjugu\u00e9s de Salsa et du pompier Marcos, nous sommes mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 intervenir efficacement en cas d'urgence de recherche et de sauvetage.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
