Le parc est situ\u00e9 le long <strong>Ocean Terrace entre les rues 73 et 75<\/strong>, juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la plage, dans le quartier de North Beach.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Un autre magnifique parc a ouvert ses portes \u00e0 Miami Beach, et celui-ci repr\u00e9sente une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9tape importante pour North Beach \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <strong>Steven Meiner, maire de Miami Beach<\/strong>. \u201c Ocean Terrace Park, c&#039;est plus de deux hectares d&#039;espaces verts en bord de mer \u2013 c&#039;est un symbole des investissements transformateurs qui alimenteront la renaissance de North Beach. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ce parc de 2 hectares fait partie des nombreux projets d&#039;am\u00e9nagement publics et priv\u00e9s pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 North Beach au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 favoriser une relance \u00e9conomique transformatrice. Ocean Terrace, situ\u00e9e en bord de mer, a \u00e9t\u00e9 le th\u00e9\u00e2tre de productions t\u00e9l\u00e9visuelles et cin\u00e9matographiques en raison de sa ressemblance avec Ocean Drive \u00e0 South Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Construit dans le cadre d&#039;un accord de d\u00e9veloppement entre la ville de Miami Beach et Ocean Terrace Holdings, le projet Ocean Terrace Park se trouve \u00e0 seulement quelques pas du Miami Beach Bandshell et offrira des options de vente au d\u00e9tail et de restauration suppl\u00e9mentaires au-del\u00e0 de ce qui est actuellement disponible le long de l&#039;avenue Collins \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u par le cabinet d&#039;architecture paysag\u00e8re Raymond Jungles Inc. et construit par Recreational Design &amp; Construction, Inc. (RDC), le parc comprend trois plans d&#039;eau plant\u00e9s d&#039;esp\u00e8ces aquatiques, des bancs et des espaces de d\u00e9tente personnalis\u00e9s, ainsi que des pelouses pour les loisirs passifs. Le projet comprend \u00e9galement l&#039;am\u00e9lioration du drainage pluvial, de nouveaux \u00e9quipements d&#039;am\u00e9nagement paysager et d&#039;irrigation, un \u00e9clairage adapt\u00e9 aux tortues, un futur pavillon de plein air, un syst\u00e8me de vid\u00e9osurveillance et une portion modernis\u00e9e de la promenade de la plage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, notre vision pour Ocean Terrace \u00e9tait de transformer l&#039;asphalte du front de mer en un paysage luxuriant et accueillant, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&#039;arbres matures offrant une ombre agr\u00e9able, d&#039;espaces verts, d&#039;\u0153uvres d&#039;art exceptionnelles et de coins paisibles \u201d, a ajout\u00e9 <strong>Sandor Scher, directeur d&#039;Ocean Terrace Holdings<\/strong>. \u201c\u00a0Ocean Terrace Park concr\u00e9tise cette vision en offrant un espace public de renomm\u00e9e mondiale dont profiteront des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.
