Il doit \u00e9galement inclure toutes les constructions projet\u00e9es telles que cl\u00f4tures\/murs, d\u00e9pendances, piscine, terrasses, all\u00e9es, \u00e9quipements m\u00e9caniques, etc., selon les besoins du projet.<\/li>\n<li>Toutes les \u00e9l\u00e9vations doivent inclure les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants dans les valeurs NGVD\u00a0: BFE, pente, pente ajust\u00e9e, franc-bord (le cas
