Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Attend Aspen Ideas: Climate in Miami Beach

The Honorable Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, will appear at Aspen Ideas: Climate on the evening of Monday, May 9, the Aspen Institute and City of Miami Beach announced today. Speaker Pelosi will appear in conversation with Susan Goldberg, Vice Dean and professor of practice at Arizona State University, journalist and former Editor in Chief of National Geographic, discussing congress’ agenda to address climate change and the path to a thriving, sustainable economy.

The inaugural Aspen Ideas: Climate is an annual event in Miami Beach taking place May 9-12, bringing together some of the most exciting innovators and leaders together with the public to engage with local and global climate solutions with the potential to reshape our world. More than 170 speakers from across policymaking, science, business, technology, art, education, journalism, and more will attend.
