Project Phase – Preconstruction

Overview

At over 17 acres, the North Shore Park and Youth Center is located at 501 72 Street and consists of a sports complex comprised of a tennis center with 12 courts and two fully lit baseball fields. The 30,000 square foot air-conditioned facility encompasses an indoor gymnasium, computer lab, dance room, game room, teen room, and auditorium with sound system.

Scope of Work

Build a new restroom and concession/storage facility.
