Gray Crow joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2021. Gray’s practice concentrates on capital improvement projects, construction, and a wide range of transactional and City code related matters.

Originally from Clearwater, Gray has strong ties throughout the State of Florida. Gray arrived in Miami after being recruited to play quarterback for the University of Miami and made the decision to pursue a law degree at the conclusion of his football career.

Throughout law school, he was very involved on campus and in the community as an editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review, Founder and President of a student organization, and as a volunteer for local nonprofit organizations. Gray also gained diverse experience through various internships, including with the City Attorney’s Office of the City of Miami Beach.

Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, Gray had the opportunity to practice in both state and federal court at a boutique civil litigation firm in Miami.
