Para tanto, o Inspetor-Geral tem o poder de exigir a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de registros em posse e controle de departamentos, fornecedores e funcion\u00e1rios da Cidade para revis\u00e3o, e tamb\u00e9m tem o poder de emitir intima\u00e7\u00f5es para depoimentos ou documentos sobre assuntos de sua jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O OIG \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por investigar programas, opera\u00e7\u00f5es, contratos e funcion\u00e1rios com os seguintes objetivos:<\/p>\n<p>1. Preven\u00e7\u00e3o e detec\u00e7\u00e3o de fraudes, abusos, desperd\u00edcios e m\u00e1 gest\u00e3o nos assuntos da cidade<\/p>\n<p>2.
