O Plano de Trabalho Municipal cont\u00e9m iniciativas para apoiar o Plano Estrat\u00e9gico da Prefeitura. As iniciativas do Plano de Trabalho s\u00e3o atualizadas anualmente com base nos resultados de pesquisas mais recentes, tend\u00eancias socioecon\u00f4micas e indicadores de carga de trabalho e desempenho dos departamentos.
