O Prefeito e os Comiss\u00e1rios da Cidade far\u00e3o uma nomea\u00e7\u00e3o direta cada um, sendo os outros sete membros do Comit\u00ea compostos por empres\u00e1rios da cidade ou membros das seguintes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es comunit\u00e1rias, cada um dos quais ser\u00e1 nomeado por maioria de votos da Comiss\u00e3o da Cidade:<\/p>\n(1) Comit\u00ea de Transporte e Estacionamento da C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio de Miami Beach;<br \/>\n(2) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de bairro de South Beach;<br \/>\n(3) Um propriet\u00e1rio de empresa de South Beach ou uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial de South Beach;<br \/>\n(4) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de bairro de Mid-Beach;<br \/>\n(5) Um propriet\u00e1rio de empresa de Mid-Beach ou uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial de Mid-Beach;<br \/>\n(6) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de bairro de North Beach; e<br \/>\n(7) Um empres\u00e1rio de North Beach ou uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial de North Beach. Para os fins desta se\u00e7\u00e3o, os termos estabelecidos abaixo ter\u00e3o o seguinte significado:<br \/>\nSouth Beach: limites ao sul da 23rd Street;<br \/>\nMid-Beach: limites entre a 23rd Street e a 63rd Street;<br \/>\nNorth Beach: limites ao norte da 63rd Street\n<p>Propriet\u00e1rio de Empresa Municipal: pessoa f\u00edsica com participa\u00e7\u00e3o ou participa\u00e7\u00e3o, por no m\u00ednimo seis meses, em uma empresa estabelecida na cidade. Participa\u00e7\u00e3o Acion\u00e1ria significa a propriedade de dez por cento (10%) ou mais (incluindo a propriedade de 10% ou mais do capital social em circula\u00e7\u00e3o) em uma empresa. Empresa significa qualquer empresa individual, patroc\u00ednio, corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, sociedade de responsabilidade limitada ou outra entidade ou associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Anualmente, os membros do comit\u00ea eleger\u00e3o um presidente e outros membros que julgarem necess\u00e1rios ou desej\u00e1veis, que servir\u00e3o conforme a vontade do comit\u00ea. Sete membros constituir\u00e3o o qu\u00f3rum do comit\u00ea e ser\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para tomar qualquer medida.<\/p>\n\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/library.municode.com\/fl\/miami_beach\/codes\/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=SPAGEOR_CH2AD_ARTIIIAGBOCO_DIV25TRPABIDEFACO\">C\u00d3DIGO DA CIDADE DE MIAMI BEACH SE\u00c7\u00c3O 2-190<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROP\u00d3SITO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A miss\u00e3o do comit\u00ea de transporte, estacionamento e instala\u00e7\u00f5es para bicicletas e pedestres \u00e9 assessorar o Administrador Municipal e a Comiss\u00e3o Municipal em quest\u00f5es de transporte e estacionamento relacionadas aos bairros caracter\u00edsticos da cidade; e melhorar a vida dos moradores e visitantes, promovendo o desenvolvimento, a gest\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel, a seguran\u00e7a e o uso de instala\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas dedicadas a bicicletas e pedestres na cidade. O objetivo deste comit\u00ea \u00e9 auxiliar no desenvolvimento de programas, na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es e no encaminhamento de recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 cidade que sejam fiscalmente respons\u00e1veis. Este comit\u00ea se empenhar\u00e1 em ajudar a resolver os desafios cr\u00edticos de transporte e estacionamento que nossa comunidade din\u00e2mica e em crescimento enfrenta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PODERES E DEVERES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O comit\u00ea ter\u00e1 os seguintes deveres, fun\u00e7\u00f5es, poderes e responsabilidades:<\/p>\n<p>1) Atuar como consultor da Comiss\u00e3o Municipal e do Administrador Municipal em quest\u00f5es relativas a transporte e estacionamento e seu impacto nas comunidades da cidade. Para tanto, a Comiss\u00e3o Municipal ou o Administrador Municipal encaminhar\u00e1 quest\u00f5es de interesse p\u00fablico relativas a transporte e estacionamento ao comit\u00ea antes de sua ado\u00e7\u00e3o ou implementa\u00e7\u00e3o para considera\u00e7\u00e3o e recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>2) Formular e recomendar planos e programas para coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades das entidades governamentais relativas ao transporte e estacionamento e seu impacto na cidade.<\/p>\n<p>3) O prop\u00f3sito expresso deste comit\u00ea \u00e9 servir como um ve\u00edculo para pessoas respons\u00e1veis utilizarem e consultarem na tentativa de entender e resolver as preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da cidade com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a quest\u00f5es de transporte e estacionamento, e fazer recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es ao administrador da cidade ou \u00e0 comiss\u00e3o da cidade sobre tais assuntos.<\/p>\n<p>4) O comit\u00ea tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 fornecer recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es consultivas ao gestor municipal ou \u00e0 comiss\u00e3o municipal sobre o uso, opera\u00e7\u00e3o, seguran\u00e7a, gest\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de instala\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas para bicicletas e pedestres, para as a\u00e7\u00f5es que parecerem apropriadas.<\/p>\n<p>5) Desempenhar outras fun\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe sejam atribu\u00eddas, de tempos em tempos, pelo gestor municipal ou pela comiss\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Comit\u00ea ser\u00e1 composto por 14 membros votantes. O Prefeito e os Comiss\u00e1rios da Cidade far\u00e3o uma nomea\u00e7\u00e3o direta cada um, sendo os outros sete membros do Comit\u00ea compostos por membros das seguintes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es comunit\u00e1rias, cada uma das quais ser\u00e1 nomeada por maioria de votos da Comiss\u00e3o da Cidade:<\/p>\n<p>1) Comit\u00ea de Transporte e Estacionamento da C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio de Miami Beach;<\/p>\n<p>2) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de bairro de South Beach;<\/p>\n<p>3) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial de South Beach;<\/p>\n<p>4) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de bairro de Mid-Beach;<\/p>\n<p>5) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial de Mid-Beach;<\/p>\n<p>6) Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de bairro de North Beach; e<\/p>\n<p>7) Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial de North Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Anualmente, os membros do comit\u00ea eleger\u00e3o um presidente e outros membros que julgarem necess\u00e1rios ou desej\u00e1veis, que servir\u00e3o conforme a vontade do comit\u00ea.
