Privado\t<\/h1>\n\t<p>Uma pessoa licenciada como engenheiro pelo Cap\u00edtulo 471 ou como arquiteto pelo Cap\u00edtulo 481. Um provedor privado tamb\u00e9m inclui uma pessoa que possui um certificado padr\u00e3o pela parte XII do Cap\u00edtulo 468, que pode realizar inspe\u00e7\u00f5es para adi\u00e7\u00f5es e altera\u00e7\u00f5es limitadas a 1.000 p\u00e9s quadrados ou menos em edif\u00edcios residenciais.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tProcedimento para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tO requerente de uma submiss\u00e3o de Provedor Privado deve seguir estas diretrizes:\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/bb-plugin\/cache\/biz-manoncomputer-1000sq-circle.jpg\" alt=\"Man looking at a computer\" title=\"biz-manoncomputer-1000sq\" itemprop=\"image\"\/>\n\t\t<h3>Envio da Permiss\u00e3o Inicial<\/h3><p>O candidato deve fornecer um documento descrevendo os arquivos digitais espec\u00edficos j\u00e1 enviados e atualmente em revis\u00e3o no Departamento de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><\/li><li>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/bb-plugin\/cache\/onlineforms-circle.jpg\" alt=\"onlineforms\" title=\"formul\u00e1rios online\" itemprop=\"image\"\/>\n\t\t<h3>Planos Aprovados<\/h3><p>O prestador de servi\u00e7os privado deve enviar um Formul\u00e1rio de Conformidade para Prestadores de Servi\u00e7os Privados juntamente com o conjunto de desenhos a ser aprovado. Se o documento for assinado e selado digitalmente, de acordo com as diretrizes de assinatura digital da Cidade de Miami Beach, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1ria a assinatura de um not\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Representante devidamente autorizado<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Definido como um agente do Provedor Privado identificado no pedido de licen\u00e7a que analisa planos ou realiza inspe\u00e7\u00f5es conforme previsto nesta se\u00e7\u00e3o e que \u00e9 licenciado como engenheiro pelo Cap\u00edtulo 471 ou como arquiteto pelo Cap\u00edtulo 481 ou que possui um certificado padr\u00e3o pela parte XII do Cap\u00edtulo 468.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Escopo de trabalho<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Um Provedor Privado e qualquer Representante Devidamente Autorizado\u00a0<strong>s\u00f3 pode<\/strong> executar servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o que estejam dentro das disciplinas abrangidas pela licen\u00e7a ou certifica\u00e7\u00e3o dessa pessoa, de acordo com os Estatutos da Fl\u00f3rida, Cap\u00edtulo 468, Cap\u00edtulo 471 ou Cap\u00edtulo 481; um Provedor Privado n\u00e3o pode prestar servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, de acordo com esta se\u00e7\u00e3o, em qualquer edif\u00edcio projetado ou constru\u00eddo pelo Provedor Privado ou por sua empresa. Todas as sublicen\u00e7as associadas \u00e0 licen\u00e7a-mestre tamb\u00e9m devem ser obtidas por um provedor privado.<\/p>\n<p>Um propriet\u00e1rio de taxa que utiliza um provedor privado para servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o deve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Notifique o respons\u00e1vel pelo pr\u00e9dio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Utilizando o formul\u00e1rio adotado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Fl\u00f3rida. O formul\u00e1rio inclui:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do provedor privado.<\/li>\n<li>Servi\u00e7os a serem executados.<\/li>\n<li>Reconhecimento do propriet\u00e1rio da taxa.<\/li>\n<li>Comprovante de seguro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Reuni\u00e3o de pr\u00e9-constru\u00e7\u00e3o com provedor privado<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p><strong><u>Requisitos de reuni\u00e3o<\/u><\/strong><br \/>Todos os projetos com valor de trabalho superior a $1 milh\u00f5es, com servi\u00e7o de provedor privado, precisar\u00e3o passar por uma reuni\u00e3o de pr\u00e9-constru\u00e7\u00e3o com o Oficial de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e os Chefes do Setor de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pontos principais:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Projetos acima de $1 milh\u00f5es: \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio agendar uma reuni\u00e3o de pr\u00e9-constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Projetos abaixo de $1 milh\u00f5es: N\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria reuni\u00e3o pr\u00e9-constru\u00e7\u00e3o para esses projetos. O fornecedor privado deve enviar o Formul\u00e1rio de Reconhecimento do Fornecedor Privado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instru\u00e7\u00f5es de agendamento:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Para agendar uma reuni\u00e3o pr\u00e9-constru\u00e7\u00e3o: envie um e-mail para a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o em BuildingAdmin@miamibeachfl.gov.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Hor\u00e1rios dispon\u00edveis: As reuni\u00f5es de pr\u00e9-constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o realizadas virtualmente \u00e0s ter\u00e7as, quartas e quintas-feiras, das 10h30 \u00e0s 11h. Adapta\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser solicitadas, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Requisitos de seguro<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Um prestador privado poder\u00e1 realizar servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o em um projeto de constru\u00e7\u00e3o sob esta se\u00e7\u00e3o somente se mantiver seguro de responsabilidade profissional cobrindo todos os servi\u00e7os prestados como prestador privado. Tal seguro dever\u00e1 ter limites m\u00ednimos de ap\u00f3lice de $1 milh\u00e3o por ocorr\u00eancia e $2 milh\u00f5es no total para qualquer projeto com custo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou inferior a $5 milh\u00f5es, e $2 milh\u00e3o por ocorr\u00eancia e $4 milh\u00f5es no total para qualquer projeto com custo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o superior a $5 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Nada nesta se\u00e7\u00e3o limita a capacidade do propriet\u00e1rio de exigir seguro adicional ou limites de ap\u00f3lice mais elevados. Para esses fins, o termo &quot;custo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o&quot; significa o custo total da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme declarado no pedido de licen\u00e7a de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Se o prestador de servi\u00e7os privado optar por obter cobertura de sinistros para cumprir este requisito, o prestador de servi\u00e7os privado tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 manter a cobertura por um per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de 5 anos ap\u00f3s a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O seguro exigido por esta subse\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser subscrito somente por seguradoras autorizadas a operar neste estado com uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de A da AM Best. Antes de fornecer servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma autoridade de constru\u00e7\u00e3o local, um provedor privado deve fornecer \u00e0 autoridade de constru\u00e7\u00e3o local um certificado de seguro comprovando que a cobertura exigida por esta subse\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em vigor.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Conformidade do Provedor Privado<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Use o formul\u00e1rio adotado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Fl\u00f3rida.<\/li>\n<li>O formul\u00e1rio cont\u00e9m uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o atestando que os planos est\u00e3o em conformidade com o C\u00f3digo de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Fl\u00f3rida e todas as altera\u00e7\u00f5es locais.<\/li>\n<li>O Formul\u00e1rio \u00e9 assinado e autenticado pelo Provedor Privado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Emiss\u00e3o da Permiss\u00e3o<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>No prazo de 30 dias \u00fateis, uma licen\u00e7a deve ser emitida pelo Oficial de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o, ou<\/li>\n<li>Deve ser fornecida uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito das defici\u00eancias dos planos.<\/li>\n<li>Se o respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o fornecer tal notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a licen\u00e7a ser\u00e1 considerada aprovada por lei e ser\u00e1 emitida no dia seguinte ao t\u00e9rmino do per\u00edodo original de 30 dias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Aviso de defici\u00eancia do plano<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Se o aviso for dado dentro de 30 dias, ent\u00e3o 30 dias ser\u00e3o suspensos.<\/li>\n<li>Se o requerente fornecer revis\u00f5es, o respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 o restante dos 30 dias mais 5 dias para emitir a licen\u00e7a ou fornecer uma segunda notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de defici\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<li>Para todas as revis\u00f5es enviadas ap\u00f3s a primeira revis\u00e3o, o respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o tem 5 dias \u00fateis adicionais para emitir a licen\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>O que constitui um aviso adequado<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>O aviso ser\u00e1 considerado fornecido \u00e0 pessoa ou entidade quando transmitido com sucesso para o n\u00famero de fax ou e-mail listado para essa pessoa ou entidade no pedido de permiss\u00e3o ou no pedido de permiss\u00e3o revisado; ou se nenhum n\u00famero de fax for informado quando recebido pessoalmente.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Disputa de defici\u00eancias identificadas no plano<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>O respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 estar dispon\u00edvel para se reunir com o provedor privado dentro de 2 dias \u00fateis ap\u00f3s negar a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ou conclus\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li>Se n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel resolver, o assunto ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao BORA (conselho de apela\u00e7\u00f5es da ag\u00eancia local de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/li>\n<li>A decis\u00e3o da BORA pode ser apelada \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Fl\u00f3rida.<\/li>\n<li>O BORA pode revisar quaisquer decis\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o de uma licen\u00e7a, CO ou CC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Inspe\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Realizando Inspe\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Os provedores privados devem realizar todas as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/li>\n<li>O Provedor Privado pode enviar um Representante Devidamente Autorizado.<\/li>\n<li>Todos os relat\u00f3rios e certifica\u00e7\u00f5es exigidos devem ser preparados e assinados pelo Provedor Privado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aviso de Inspe\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Um registro das inspe\u00e7\u00f5es deve ser mantido em um formul\u00e1rio aceit\u00e1vel para o Funcion\u00e1rio da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Os registros das inspe\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser afixados no local.<\/li>\n<li>Os registros devem ser mantidos o tempo todo e estar dispon\u00edveis ao respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>O Departamento de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o realizar\u00e1 verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de campo aleat\u00f3rias.<\/li>\n<li>O Departamento de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o realizar\u00e1 todas as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas para energia tempor\u00e1ria ou permanente.<\/li>\n<li>O Departamento de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o realizar\u00e1 todas as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es finais e inspe\u00e7\u00f5es para a emiss\u00e3o de Certificados Tempor\u00e1rios ou Finais de Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o\/Conclus\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>O Provedor Privado deve relatar ao Funcion\u00e1rio da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o quaisquer condi\u00e7\u00f5es que representem uma amea\u00e7a imediata \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a e ao bem-estar p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o de todas as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O Provedor privado dever\u00e1 elaborar um certificado de conformidade.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizando um formul\u00e1rio aceit\u00e1vel para o respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Resumindo as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas.<\/li>\n<li>Incluindo uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito, sob juramento, de que a constru\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em conformidade com os planos aprovados e os c\u00f3digos aplic\u00e1veis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Op\u00e7\u00e3o do respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>O respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o pode visitar o local sempre que necess\u00e1rio para verificar se o prestador privado est\u00e1 realizando todas as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/li>\n<li>O respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o pode emitir uma ordem de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da obra caso haja uma amea\u00e7a \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a ou ao bem-estar p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Certificado de Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o\/Conclus\u00e3o<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>O respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o deve emitir CO ou CC no prazo de 2 dias \u00fateis ap\u00f3s o recebimento da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o e do certificado de conformidade do requerente, ou<\/li>\n<li>Forne\u00e7a aviso de defici\u00eancias espec\u00edficas, incluindo cap\u00edtulos e se\u00e7\u00f5es do c\u00f3digo.<\/li>\n<li>Se um aviso de defici\u00eancia n\u00e3o for fornecido dentro de 2 dias, o CO ou CC ser\u00e1 considerado concedido e o Funcion\u00e1rio da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o emitir\u00e1 o CO ou CC no dia seguinte.<\/li>\n<li>O Requerente pode contestar as defici\u00eancias ou enviar uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o corrigida de CO ou CC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Diretrizes Disciplinares de Prestadores Privados e Representantes Devidamente Autorizados<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Um Provedor privado est\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0s diretrizes disciplinares do conselho profissional aplic\u00e1vel,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Statutes\/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&amp;URL=Ch0468\/titl0468.htm\">Cap\u00edtulo 468<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Statutes\/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&amp;URL=Ch0471\/titl0471.htm&amp;StatuteYear=2007&amp;Title=%2D%3E2007%2D%3EChapter%20471\">Cap\u00edtulo 471<\/a>, ou\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Statutes\/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&amp;URL=Ch0481\/titl0481.htm&amp;StatuteYear=2007&amp;Title=%2D%3E2007%2D%3EChapter%20481\">Cap\u00edtulo 481<\/a>.
