De Stephanie Vitori Cheeseburger Baby<\/em> serve hamb\u00fargueres, batatas fritas e muito mais em Miami Beach e na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Miami h\u00e1 mais de 20 anos. Seus estabelecimentos incluem a Washington Avenue, o Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es de Miami Beach, o Hard Rock Stadium e tr\u00eas (3) food trucks.<\/p>\n

Vitori comprou o restaurante no endere\u00e7o 1505 Washington Avenue em 2004, depois que o neg\u00f3cio foi negociado v\u00e1rias vezes e sobreviveu \u00e0s tentativas de remover o \u201ccheeseburger\u201d de Cheeseburger Baby<\/em>.<\/p>\n

"N\u00e3o havia outras hamburguerias locais. Hoje, somos uma das poucas hamburguerias locais do bairro e tenho orgulho de permanecer fiel ao nosso neg\u00f3cio", afirma o propriet\u00e1rio Vitori.<\/p>\n

Vitori sempre se sentiu em casa na cozinha, ent\u00e3o, quando surgiu a oportunidade de comprar o restaurante, o ex-entregador, cozinheiro e caixa aproveitou a chance para expandir o neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n

\u201cMuito do que fiz at\u00e9 agora foi sem marketing. Antigamente, eu literalmente distribu\u00eda panfletos para fazer o neg\u00f3cio crescer\u201d, afirma Vitori, \u201c\u2026agora estamos fazendo m\u00eddia social e marketing para alcan\u00e7ar clientes e fazer o neg\u00f3cio crescer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Seja trabalhando atr\u00e1s da grelha no restaurante, no est\u00e1dio ou nos food trucks, Vitori n\u00e3o \u00e9 o tipo de pessoa que fica parado contando os lucros. O restaurante enfrentou o Zika, uma pandemia, a recess\u00e3o de 2009 e furac\u00f5es, e sobreviveu gra\u00e7as \u00e0 agilidade, ao planejamento e \u00e0 determina\u00e7\u00e3o de Vitori. Ap\u00f3s o furac\u00e3o Irma, Cheeseburger Baby<\/em> sofreu alguns danos. Para manter o neg\u00f3cio, Vitori usou os geradores de seu food truck para manter os equipamentos funcionando e serviu a comunidade com alimentos enquanto a cidade se recuperava. A perseveran\u00e7a de Vitori venceu a Pr\u00eamio Phoenix para Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de Pequenas Empresas de Destaque<\/em> em 2019.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s quase vinte (20) anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, Vitori tem um conselho para aspirantes a donos de restaurantes: "certifiquem-se de que \u00e9 isso que voc\u00eas querem fazer, que podem se dedicar 250% e que s\u00e3o apaixonados pelo neg\u00f3cio". Al\u00e9m disso, "obtenham a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa de pequeno porte, de mulheres, de minorias ou desfavorecida e\/ou se identifiquem. Para administrar qualquer neg\u00f3cio em Miami Beach, seja um restaurante, uma loja ou uma empresa de tecnologia, \u00e9 preciso estar preparado para os desafios. \u00c9 importante se conectar e fazer networking com a comunidade de Miami Beach, com os amantes de hamb\u00farguer e com outros neg\u00f3cios".<\/p>\n
