\nO Escrit\u00f3rio de Gest\u00e3o e Or\u00e7amento (OMB) foi criado em 2004 e \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por supervisionar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da vis\u00e3o da Cidade em toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, garantindo que os recursos financeiros da Cidade sejam or\u00e7ados e geridos de forma a produzir resultados que promovam as prioridades da Cidade. Um esfor\u00e7o vital do escrit\u00f3rio \u00e9 efetivar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um or\u00e7amento orientado para resultados, com foco na efici\u00eancia e na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para o servi\u00e7o, por meio das seguintes iniciativas: Concentrar o processo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio anual da Cidade em resultados.
\nDesenvolver os documentos or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios propostos e adotados para enfatizar programas, resultados estrat\u00e9gicos pretendidos e suas respectivas medidas de desempenho e metas.
\nGarantir que as tend\u00eancias de despesas sejam sustent\u00e1veis a longo prazo, melhorando a sa\u00fade financeira geral da cidade
\nAumentar e manter os d\u00f3lares recebidos pela cidade como parte das atividades de maximiza\u00e7\u00e3o de receita\n\t\t\t\t\"TOS\n
