As regras abrangem todos os tipos de aus\u00eancias do trabalho, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dessas aus\u00eancias, per\u00edodos de descanso, hor\u00e1rio de almo\u00e7o, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea ainda dever\u00e1 cumprir as Normas de Pessoal, as diretrizes do Departamento de Recursos Humanos, as diretrizes do Administrador Municipal e as diretrizes departamentais. Todas as diretrizes ser\u00e3o afixadas no quadro de avisos e ser\u00e1 sua responsabilidade manter essas normas atualizadas.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>O pedido de aus\u00eancia para f\u00e9rias, feriados flex\u00edveis e feriados religiosos deve ser feito por escrito ao Supervisor da Divis\u00e3o ou ao seu representante designado com pelo menos 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia. Um formul\u00e1rio para esses pedidos \u00e9 fornecido. O pedido ser\u00e1 concedido em um hor\u00e1rio adequado ao Supervisor da Divis\u00e3o e conveniente \u00e0 sua agenda de trabalho, na medida do poss\u00edvel. A aus\u00eancia concedida com menos de 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia pode ser utilizada em at\u00e9 tr\u00eas ocasi\u00f5es por per\u00edodo de pagamento anual para casos de emerg\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<li>Todas as aus\u00eancias do trabalho n\u00e3o previamente comunicadas devem ser comunicadas o mais breve poss\u00edvel, mas em nenhum caso depois de uma hora ap\u00f3s o hor\u00e1rio normal de in\u00edcio do trabalho em cada dia em que a aus\u00eancia ocorrer. Ap\u00f3s uma hora, o funcion\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 considerado ausente sem justificativa (AWOL) durante todo o dia, a menos que haja comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de que a aus\u00eancia n\u00e3o p\u00f4de ser comunicada dentro desse prazo. Se a causa da aus\u00eancia for de tal natureza que se preveja uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o consider\u00e1vel, ela dever\u00e1 ser comunicada conforme especificado no primeiro dia, juntamente com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o aproximada prevista da aus\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<li>Na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de faltas ou atrasos devem ser fornecidas as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee&#8217;s name<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Endere\u00e7o<\/li>\n<li>Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Nome da pessoa que est\u00e1 ligando<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de telefone<\/li>\n<li>Reason for absence &#8211; Must be specific , such as: headache, backache, toothache, illness in family (who?), cold, dentist appointment, doctor&#8217;s appointment, etc.<\/li>\n<li>O funcion\u00e1rio vai ao m\u00e9dico?<\/li>\n<li>Onde a Prefeitura pode entrar em contato com o funcion\u00e1rio durante o dia?<\/li>\n<li>Tempo estimado de afastamento do trabalho<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Ap\u00f3s o fornecimento e registro das informa\u00e7\u00f5es acima no formul\u00e1rio de Relat\u00f3rio de Aus\u00eancia, a pessoa que ligar receber\u00e1 um n\u00famero. Este n\u00famero deve ser anotado e guardado, pois serve como comprovante de que a aus\u00eancia foi comunicada e, portanto, para a prote\u00e7\u00e3o do funcion\u00e1rio. CERTIFIQUE-SE DE ANOTAR ESSE N\u00daMERO.<\/li>\n<li>Todos os relat\u00f3rios de aus\u00eancia devem ser assinados pelo funcion\u00e1rio ao retornar ao trabalho. Qualquer informa\u00e7\u00e3o incorreta deve ser anotada antes da assinatura do relat\u00f3rio de aus\u00eancia pelo funcion\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n<li>If the employee does not call in or does not call in within one hour after the start of the shift, or leaves without permission after the start of the shift, the absence will be marked as &#8220;Absent Without Permission, Without Pay&#8221; (AWOL). An employee who is:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ausente sem justificativa pela primeira vez em um per\u00edodo de 12 meses.<\/strong>: Mediante notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito de que a segunda aus\u00eancia sem justificativa (um turno atribu\u00eddo) resultar\u00e1 em suspens\u00e3o de tr\u00eas (3) dias;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AWOL pela segunda vez em um per\u00edodo de 12 meses:<\/strong> Suspens\u00e3o de tr\u00eas (3) dias e notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito de que, no terceiro AWOL (um turno atribu\u00eddo), o funcion\u00e1rio estar\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 demiss\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AWOL pela terceira vez em um per\u00edodo de 12 meses:<\/strong> Sujeito a demiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Cada dia de aus\u00eancia sem licen\u00e7a (um turno atribu\u00eddo) ser\u00e1 considerado uma aus\u00eancia sem licen\u00e7a ou infra\u00e7\u00e3o separada, ao aplicar a regra acima.<\/p>\n<p>As etapas acima ser\u00e3o seguidas dentro de um per\u00edodo de 12 meses consecutivos anteriores \u00e0 \u00faltima infra\u00e7\u00e3o de AWOL.<\/p>\n<p>Qualquer pessoa que sair sem permiss\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio do turno poder\u00e1 estar sujeita a uma medida disciplinar maior do que a estabelecida acima, dependendo das circunst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Atrasos podem levar a medidas disciplinares, atrasos ou recusas de aumentos salariais por m\u00e9rito, ou at\u00e9 mesmo \u00e0 demiss\u00e3o. Um funcion\u00e1rio que:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Quatro atrasos em um per\u00edodo de 12 meses: Dado aviso por escrito de que o quinto atraso resultar\u00e1 em uma suspens\u00e3o de tr\u00eas (3) dias;<\/p>\n<p>ATRASO cinco vezes em um per\u00edodo de 12 meses: Suspens\u00e3o de tr\u00eas (3) dias e notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito de que, no sexto ATRASO, o funcion\u00e1rio estar\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 demiss\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p>Atrasos seis vezes em um per\u00edodo de 12 meses: sujeito a demiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>As etapas acima ser\u00e3o seguidas dentro de um per\u00edodo de 12 meses consecutivos anteriores \u00e0 \u00faltima infra\u00e7\u00e3o de ATRASO.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Excessive absenteeism (not to include Birthday, Bereavement, Injury Service Connected, Vacation, Floating Holidays, or Religious Leave Time) can lead to disciplinary action, delayed or denied merit increases, or dismissal. What is excessive depends upon the number of absences, the cause of absences, the duration of the absences, the frequency of the absences, and the prospects for improved attendance. Employees will be given one or more warnings for excessive absenteeism and\/or counseling. After such efforts to correct or improve an employee&#8217;s record have failed, termination may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Todos os ferimentos no trabalho devem ser relatados imediatamente ao seu supervisor imediato.<\/li>\n<li>Todos os acidentes envolvendo ve\u00edculos da Prefeitura devem ser comunicados imediatamente ao seu supervisor imediato e ao Departamento de Pol\u00edcia, caso o ve\u00edculo seja licenciado, ou se o acidente ocorrer em vias p\u00fablicas.<\/li>\n<li>Nenhum ve\u00edculo, ferramenta, equipamento ou material de propriedade da cidade poder\u00e1 ser usado para trabalho pessoal ou privado sem permiss\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>O hor\u00e1rio normal de refei\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 das _____ \u00e0s _____. Se, por qualquer motivo, uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o puder ser feita em determinado dia no hor\u00e1rio estabelecido, o supervisor imediato (ou pessoa respons\u00e1vel) poder\u00e1 autorizar uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o no hor\u00e1rio e dever\u00e1 notificar o escrit\u00f3rio da Divis\u00e3o sobre a altera\u00e7\u00e3o e o motivo da mesma.<\/li>\n<li>Os per\u00edodos normais de descanso ser\u00e3o das _____ \u00e0s _____ e das _____ \u00e0s _____. Se, por qualquer motivo, o per\u00edodo de descanso n\u00e3o puder ser usufru\u00eddo no hor\u00e1rio estabelecido, o supervisor imediato (ou respons\u00e1vel) poder\u00e1 autorizar uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o no hor\u00e1rio e dever\u00e1 notificar o escrit\u00f3rio da Divis\u00e3o sobre a altera\u00e7\u00e3o e o motivo da mesma.<\/li>\n<li>O supervisor da obra (ou respons\u00e1vel) \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel, durante o hor\u00e1rio normal de trabalho, por todos os funcion\u00e1rios, ferramentas e equipamentos sob sua supervis\u00e3o. Caso o supervisor da obra ou algum de seus funcion\u00e1rios precise se ausentar do local de trabalho, o escrit\u00f3rio da Divis\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser notificado.<\/li>\n<li>After receiving &#8220;Regular&#8221; status, an employee will be issued uniforms if the job duties require them. After uniforms have been issued, they shall be worn. Any employee reporting for work without a proper uniform may not be allowed to work that day. Employees shall wear issued uniforms for City of Miami Beach employment only, unless authorized.<\/li>\n<li>Ap\u00f3s a rescis\u00e3o do contrato de trabalho, por qualquer motivo, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1ria uma entrevista de desligamento com um representante do Departamento de Recursos Humanos e a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os bens da cidade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\tNavegar
