This project replaces the aerial water main crossings on the Causeway, which run along the north and south sides of the Venetian bridges. The pipes are in poor condition and ranked first in the prioritized list of critical assets for the Water &amp; Sewer Renewal and Replacement Report. Essa t\u00e9cnica envolve a perfura\u00e7\u00e3o de um furo piloto ao longo de um caminho predeterminado, normalmente sob obst\u00e1culos como estradas, rios ou infraestrutura existente. Uma vez criado o furo piloto, a broca \u00e9 alargada e a tubula\u00e7\u00e3o principal de \u00e1gua \u00e9 inserida no local.
