Ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio um mapa de assentos numerado para restaurantes.<\/li><li>Se voc\u00ea estiver adicionando novas \u00e1reas (metragem quadrada) ou ocupando um espa\u00e7o rec\u00e9m-constru\u00eddo ou reformado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um Certificado de Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o Tempor\u00e1ria (TCO) ou um Certificado de Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o (CO) do Edif\u00edcio. Se voc\u00ea pretende ocupar um espa\u00e7o com um uso anterior diferente, pode ser necess\u00e1rio obter um Certificado de Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o atualizado para refletir o novo tipo de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o pretendido, ou seja, de consult\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico a restaurante.<\/li><li>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio um Certificado de Carga de Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de Inc\u00eandio com data m\u00ednima de seis meses a partir da data da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o para restaurantes.<\/li><li>Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma c\u00f3pia do BTR anterior para o local proposto. Responda rapidamente \u00e0s solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou corre\u00e7\u00f5es do avaliador. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/pt\/business\/civicaccess\/\">Clique para acessar informa\u00e7\u00f5es e links do Portal de Acesso C\u00edvico.<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4> Aguardando resposta da cidade<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ap\u00f3s o envio de uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o completa, a Prefeitura avaliar\u00e1 e fornecer\u00e1 um relat\u00f3rio de corre\u00e7\u00e3o, caso sejam necess\u00e1rias informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou corre\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais. Sua resposta r\u00e1pida garantir\u00e1 a an\u00e1lise oportuna da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o. Se a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o permanecer inativa por 90 dias, ser\u00e1 considerada abandonada e ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio um novo requerimento. Se a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o estiver completa e em conformidade com o Regulamento de Desenvolvimento Territorial, ser\u00e1 aprovada e um e-mail de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 enviado ao(s) contato(s) registrado(s).<\/p><hr \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4> Agende inspe\u00e7\u00f5es de inc\u00eandio assim que a CU for aprovada <\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/quicktip-icon-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Icon\" \/>Voc\u00ea deve concluir sua inspe\u00e7\u00e3o dentro de 90 dias da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do planejamento, ou o pedido ser\u00e1 considerado abandonado e um novo pedido ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio. Assim que a UC for aprovada pelo planejamento, o Corpo de Bombeiros realizar\u00e1 uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o no local.  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/energovcss.miamibeachfl.gov\/energovprod\/selfservice#\/home\">As inspe\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser agendadas pelo Civic Access.<\/a><\/strong><hr \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4> Finalizando o Processo CU<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/quicktip-icon-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Icon\" \/>Ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de Inc\u00eandio e do Financiamento\/BTR, o Certificado de Uso (CU) ser\u00e1 emitido automaticamente e uma c\u00f3pia enviada por e-mail para o(s) contato(s) cadastrado(s). O CU ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio para solicitar o BTR. Com exce\u00e7\u00e3o dos CUs para estacionamentos subutilizados e dispens\u00e1rios de cannabis medicinal, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de renova\u00e7\u00e3o anual do Certificado de Uso. Os CUs s\u00e3o emitidos para o local, n\u00e3o para indiv\u00edduos ou interesses comerciais. Empresas que desejam alterar o CU de alguma forma, incluindo localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento, expans\u00e3o ou qualquer mudan\u00e7a nos usos aprovados, etc., devem obter um novo Certificado de Uso. A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de um Certificado de Uso n\u00e3o constitui autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para iniciar as opera\u00e7\u00f5es.
