Os planos de trabalho dos departamentos s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para apoiar as prioridades do planejamento estrat\u00e9gico da cidade e constituem a base para recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de melhorias, alinhamentos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o e efici\u00eancias. O gestor municipal realiza uma reuni\u00e3o preliminar com cada departamento para revisar as prioridades propostas para o plano de trabalho e garantir que elas apoiem as prioridades estrat\u00e9gicas.
