Tais pol\u00edticas devem ser estruturadas para maximizar o retorno financeiro do sistema ou plano de aposentadoria, consistente com os riscos inerentes a cada investimento, e devem ser estruturadas para estabelecer e manter uma diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o adequada dos ativos do sistema ou plano de aposentadoria.<\/p>\n<p>A Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Objetivos e Pol\u00edtica de Investimento do Plano de Aposentadoria dos Funcion\u00e1rios de Miami Beach \u00e9 um documento que estabelece e descreve as responsabilidades das diversas partes envolvidas na gest\u00e3o do Sistema de Aposentadoria. Al\u00e9m disso, este documento estabelece diversos procedimentos de controle para garantir que o Sistema seja administrado adequadamente. Relat\u00f3rios de gestores de investimentos, custodiantes, consultores e outros devem verificar se o Sistema est\u00e1 operando dentro das diretrizes do Sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Os objetivos do Conselho s\u00e3o financiar os pagamentos de benef\u00edcios do Plano, assumindo uma postura de risco consistente com a toler\u00e2ncia ao risco do Conselho, proteger contra a perda de poder de compra ao atingir taxas de retorno acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o e obter (ou manter) um status de pens\u00e3o totalmente financiado.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme exigido pelo Estatuto da Fl\u00f3rida 112.661, o Conselho dever\u00e1 especificar a taxa de retorno anual total esperada do Plano para o ano corrente, para cada um dos pr\u00f3ximos anos e para o longo prazo. A expectativa de retorno do Conselho para cada um desses per\u00edodos \u00e9 a taxa de juros atuarial, conforme especificada na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o atuarial mais recente do atu\u00e1rio.
