Pre-construction work will include equipment mobilization, material delivery, and tree pruning and relocation to prepare the project site for drilling and excavation activities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\" tabindex=\"-1\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\">What is the location of this project?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Throughout the project, crews will alternate between the two pipe locations as construction activities progress. The locations of both pipelines, which serve as the two work zones, are outlined below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work Zone 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Pipe starts on 23 Street, crosses through the Collins Canal, and exits at 2300 Pine Tree Drive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work Zone 2:<\/strong> Pipe starts on 22 Street, crosses through the Collins Canal, and exits in front of Miami Beach Senior High School, located at 2201 Prairie Avenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\" tabindex=\"-1\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\">What is the Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan for Phase 1?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan for\u00a0this phase\u00a0includes a westbound closure on 23 Street from just west of Collins Avenue to the entrance of the Valero gas station, located at 331 23 Street.
