Fernandez<\/strong>, who championed the same-day building permits. &#8220;Same-day permitting helps businesses move quickly, reduces costly delays, and brings empty storefronts back to life for residents to enjoy. This is about strengthening our economy, getting to a &#8220;yes&#8221; faster, and making Miami Beach easier &#8211; and more enjoyable &#8211; to do business in.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O sucesso do programa inicial de emiss\u00e3o de alvar\u00e1s presenciais, que come\u00e7ou como um projeto piloto da Fase 1 no final de fevereiro de 2025, foi posteriormente expandido para a Fase 2 em 1\u00ba de julho de 2025. Na Fase 2, aproximadamente 350 alvar\u00e1s foram emitidos no mesmo dia para moradores at\u00e9 o momento.<\/p>\n<p>O servi\u00e7o de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o no mesmo dia foi expandido na Fase 3 para empres\u00e1rios e empreiteiros que optarem por apresentar seus projetos durante a an\u00e1lise presencial, realizada todas as segundas-feiras, no Departamento de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura de Miami Beach (1700 Convention Center Drive, segundo andar). Os t\u00edquetes virtuais s\u00e3o emitidos entre 8h e 10h30, e o atendimento presencial termina ao meio-dia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re bringing a new standard of efficiency to Miami Beach,&#8221; said <strong>Prefeito de Miami Beach, Steven Meiner<\/strong>. &#8220;This same-day permit initiative is about cutting the red-tape and putting our business community first. We&#8217;ve reimagined how City Hall operates to help entrepreneurs, property owners, and contractors move projects forward faster and with fewer barriers. Como o objetivo da Fase 3 ampliada \u00e9 conceder licen\u00e7as no mesmo dia, somente os tipos de licen\u00e7a eleg\u00edveis podem ser submetidos, com as seguintes restri\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es de interiores comerciais com \u00e1rea m\u00e1xima de 2.500 p\u00e9s quadrados (aproximadamente 232 metros quadrados).<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido trabalho externo.<\/li>\n<li>Os desenhos devem ter no m\u00e1ximo 10 p\u00e1ginas.<\/li>\n<li>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do DERM de Miami-Dade \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria antes da submiss\u00e3o dos planos para an\u00e1lise.
