Fernandez<\/strong>, que defendeu a mudan\u00e7a. \u201cQuando as pessoas relembram o auge de Miami Beach, pensam em locais queridos do passado, como o Van Dyke Cafe, famoso por seu jazz ao vivo. A ironia \u00e9 que esse tipo de local, do qual as pessoas sentem falta, n\u00e3o teria permiss\u00e3o para abrir sob a nova estrutura que acabamos de alterar. Ao remover a exig\u00eancia de licen\u00e7as de uso condicional, estamos abrindo as portas para m\u00fasica ao vivo, restaurantes de qualidade e trazendo vida de volta aos nossos principais corredores comerciais.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a portaria de desregulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, a cidade criou exce\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas ao processo de uso condicional para restaurantes e estabelecimentos de entretenimento ao vivo que atendam aos requisitos. Os estabelecimentos aprovados no \u00e2mbito do programa tempor\u00e1rio podem continuar operando ap\u00f3s o per\u00edodo do programa, desde que cumpram as normas aplic\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>A desregulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria tamb\u00e9m aumenta o limite de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o para 750 pessoas em restaurantes com entretenimento interno que podem operar sem uma licen\u00e7a de uso condicional; nessas exce\u00e7\u00f5es, isso representa um aumento significativo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao limite de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o anterior de 200 pessoas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMiami Beach est\u00e1 aberta para neg\u00f3cios. Estamos reduzindo a burocracia, mantendo altos padr\u00f5es, para que empresas respons\u00e1veis possam abrir mais rapidamente e trazer energia aos nossos corredores comerciais\u201d, compartilhou.<strong>\u00a0Prefeito de Miami Beach, Steven Meiner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Empresas qualificadas j\u00e1 existentes, com capacidade para menos de 750 pessoas, tamb\u00e9m podem oferecer entretenimento ao vivo em ambientes fechados, de acordo com as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es de desregulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da lei, bastando atualizar seu certificado de uso\/recibo de imposto comercial junto \u00e0 Prefeitura de Miami Beach.<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os distritos comerciais eleg\u00edveis incluem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rua Lincoln entre a Avenida Collins e a Rua Alton;<\/li>\n<li>Avenida Washington entre a 5\u00aa Rua e a Lincoln Road;<\/li>\n<li>Avenida Collins entre as ruas 65 e 75;<\/li>\n<li>Rua 71 ou Normandy Drive entre a Avenida Collins e a Rua Notre Dame; e<\/li>\n<li>Rua 41 entre Alton Road e Pine Tree Drive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A reforma inclui medidas de seguran\u00e7a \u2013 n\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidos entretenimento ao ar livre, espa\u00e7os abertos em terra\u00e7os ou estabelecimentos de entretenimento adulto.
