O acordo permite que a cidade siga em frente sem qualquer pagamento direto \u00e0 Penrod Brothers, Inc. e abre caminho para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade em um novo espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico de padr\u00e3o internacional, destinado a servir moradores e visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Nos termos do acordo, os contratos de arrendamento e concess\u00e3o da Penrod para a propriedade na 1st Street com a Ocean Drive ser\u00e3o prorrogados at\u00e9 6 de agosto de 2027, e a Penrod receber\u00e1 um pagamento de \u00a33.000.000. Quando as partes chegaram a um acordo inicial em uma media\u00e7\u00e3o em 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2027, a Prefeitura e a Boucher Brothers deveriam pagar \u00a3501.000 cada uma dos \u00a33.000.000 devidos \u00e0 Penrod. Carpenter<\/strong>. \u201cCom a quest\u00e3o resolvida, a cidade agora pode se concentrar no planejamento e na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de um espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico de primeira linha que aprimora o acesso p\u00fablico e as oportunidades de lazer no Pier Park.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A Boucher Brothers Pier Park \u2013 que fez parceria com o Major Food Group durante a licita\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade para operar um estabelecimento de praia de classe mundial em One Ocean Drive \u2013 foi a proponente mais bem classificada em 2023. O projeto prev\u00ea um investimento de dezenas de milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares em capital privado para transformar a propriedade existente em um destino \u00e0 beira-mar de primeira classe, com instala\u00e7\u00f5es recreativas, gastron\u00f4micas e comerciais de alta qualidade, al\u00e9m de concess\u00f5es \u00e0 beira-mar. As op\u00e7\u00f5es gastron\u00f4micas propostas incluem um restaurante mediterr\u00e2neo, salas de teppanyaki japon\u00eas e um Sadelle&#039;s Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo com a Boucher Brothers oferece um amplo pacote de benef\u00edcios para a comunidade, que fortalecem a seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, ampliam o acesso dos moradores, apoiam as escolas locais e melhoram a qualidade de vida em Miami Beach. Os destaques incluem cadeiras de rodas adaptadas para acesso \u00e0 praia e financiamento para dois policiais e um guarda-parques. Os moradores receber\u00e3o acesso priorit\u00e1rio e descontos por meio de um novo aplicativo All-Access, al\u00e9m de apoio cont\u00ednuo a programas como o Banco de Alimentos M\u00f3vel, servi\u00e7os para idosos, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das dunas e a Horta Comunit\u00e1ria.
