Em 12 de junho de 1913, uma ponte de madeira com 4 quil\u00f4metros de extens\u00e3o sobre a Ba\u00eda de Biscayne foi inaugurada, mudando para sempre o futuro de Miami Beach. Conhecida como Ponte Collins, foi a primeira ponte a conectar a ilha barreira ao continente e, na \u00e9poca, era reconhecida como a ponte de madeira mais longa do mundo.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n
