41 Street Corridor Revitilization Project

The 41 Street Corridor Revitalization Project includes a new streetscape design aimed at improving pedestrian walkability through new branded pavement, expanding shade tree canopy, and other landscaping. The project further aims to increase a sense of place with the creation of spaces with appropriate street furnishing, entrance features and artwork along the corridor.

This project is part of the city’s overall G.O. Bond program. The total project budget is approximately $15 million, which has been sub-divided into tranches one and two.
