The project consists of a six (6) level parking garage with approximately 500 parking spaces and 14,560 square feet of retail space on the ground level. In addition, the city is closing a portion of Liberty Avenue from 22 to 23 Street in order to create a pedestrian plaza that will provide a strong connection from the parking structure to Collins Park, the Miami City Ballet and the Public Library. The project also includes the reconstruction of roadway, replacement of sidewalk, decorative lighting and landscaping and irrigation.
